Winkler Bible Camp seeks FT Discipleship Director
Winkler Bible Camp is seeking applicants for the full-time position of Discipleship Director. Applicants should be individuals who are passionate about discipling and teaching young adults (ages 18-25) over an 8-month period as a part of the post-secondary discipleship ministry of WBC. Gifts in teaching, shepherding, and administration as well as post-secondary training are preferred. AEM offers two International Standard levels of Wilderness and Remote First Aid
AEM offers two International Standard levels of Wilderness and Remote First Aid:
Basic 22 Hour course for outdoor enthusiasts and people not in a leadership role.
Advanced 40 Hour course is intended for outdoor leaders, guides, anyone who is responsible for other peoples safety in a wilderness and remote environment. Both include CPR.
Basic 22 Hr Course Dates
Course 1: Apr. 24-26
Course 2: May 1-3
Course 3: May 8-10
Course 4: May 29-31
Course 5: June 19-21
Course 6: June 26-28
Advanced 40 Hr Course Dates
Course 1: May 22 - 24, May 29 - 31, 2009
Course 2: June 5 - 7, June 12 - 14, 2009
Private and group bookings can be arranged as well as onsite training with advanced requests.
Cost: Basic: $160.00 + GST
Advanced: $310.00 + GST
